1. Course Enrollment and Ticket Purchases

  1. Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund of your Course ticket within 30 days from the date of the Course. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to leonardosemeraro@biotek.it
  2. Non-Refundable Period: After 30 days from the Course date, all payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes any fees, ticket purchases, or enrollment charges.
  3. No Credit or Exchange: Payments for Courses cannot be applied to future events, products, or services. Any attempts to exchange or transfer funds will be denied.
  4. Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Costs: You understand that [Your Company Name] incurs non-recoverable costs for venue rental, catering, materials, and other services for each participant.
  5. Waiver of Claims: By enrolling in a Course, you waive any right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims for reimbursement after the 30-day period. Any attempted chargeback will be contested with your full acknowledgment of this policy.

2. Product Sales at Events

  1. Final Sale: All products sold in person during Courses, workshops, or trade events are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
  2. Acknowledgment: By purchasing products at an event, you explicitly agree that your purchase is final and you will not attempt to obtain a refund through Shopify, your bank, or any payment processor.
  3. Legal Compliance: This policy is consistent with U.S. regulations governing in-person professional product sales.
  4. Chargeback Protection: Any attempt to file a chargeback will be deemed unjustified, and BIOTEK USA CORP will provide the payment processor with evidence of your acknowledgment of these Terms. You agree that such disputes will be resolved in favor of BIOTEK USA CORP.

3. General Terms

  1. Binding Agreement: By completing any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida & New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
  3. Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
  4. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BIOTEK USA CORP] regarding refunds and returns. No oral statements or prior communications can modify these Terms.
